All deposits and withdrawals on s23fe are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). s23fe supports the following payment methods for transactions: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your s23fe account balance in real time following successful confirmation from the payment provider. s23fe does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted before 17:00 BST (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) on a business day are processed within two (2) business days. Requests submitted after 17:00 BST or on weekends and public holidays will be processed within three (3) business days. s23fe reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before approving any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals are only processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the same account.
• s23fe will not process withdrawals to a third party's payment account under any circumstances.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are only permitted after all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• s23fe reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks for withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction.

s23fe may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the promotion at the time it is made available.

The following general rules apply to all s23fe bonuses unless the individual promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on s23fe:

• The minimum single bet amount is ৳50. The maximum bet amount per market is displayed on the individual market at the time of wagering.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the s23fe platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider for deposits that were validly processed on s23fe. Accounts subject to chargebacks will be immediately suspended pending investigation.
